2. Engineering Literature & Technical Data Sheet (TDS) Disclaimers

All technical descriptions, chemical properties, mechanical tensile/compressive ratings, and coverage figures presented on our site are derived from verified laboratory conditions in accordance with recognized international standards (EN, ASTM, ISO). Consequently:

• Published specifications represent average values based on controlled trials and serve as practical engineering guidance.
• Because on-site temperatures, substrate absorbency, mixing equipment, and workmanship vary widely, the project engineer or contractor is responsible for performing representative on-site mockups and adhesion trials prior to full-scale application.
• No warranty is implied beyond the replacement of confirmed defective chemical batches delivered in original factory packaging.

3. Proprietary Intellectual Rights & Trademarks

All trademarks, registered trade dress, brand names (including CroFinish, CroFix, CroProof, CroGrout, CroRep, and CroBond), logos, graphics, and technical layout are the sole intellectual property of CRO CHEM Industrial Development Company. Reproduction, extraction, or scraping of catalog entries without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

4. Commercial Quotations & Proposals

Price estimates generated through requests for quotes (RFQ) or preliminary project calculators are indicative. Binding purchase orders and commercial agreements require official written confirmation issued by CRO CHEM commercial sales management.

5. Limitation of Structural Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, CRO CHEM shall not be held liable for structural failures, cosmetic blemishes, or consequential delays arising from improper on-site storage, contamination with unauthorized additives, or installation performed contrary to official Method of Statement procedures.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use and any disputes arising in connection with our products or web catalog shall be governed exclusively by the laws and commercial regulations of the Arab Republic of Egypt, with exclusive jurisdiction resting in the competent Egyptian commercial courts.
