Crystalline Waterproofing is a powerful, highly effective and cost-efficient, technique for protecting concrete structures from water damage. It has become a trusted technology that offers a permanent and self-healing solution to water penetration by using the natural process of crystallization to create a network of insoluble crystals that fill the capillary pores and micro-cracks in the concrete, effectively sealing it and making it impervious to water. This makes it an ideal solution for a wide range of applications, including critical infrastructure, where water damage and moisture-related issues can have severe consequences

CroSeal 801:

High quality surface sealer for porous substrates to provide glossy finish.

Cro Seal 801 is part of Crochem stamped concrete system.

CroSeal 802:

High quality aqueous dispersion sealer. Cro Seal 802 can be used for sealing porous substrates prior to application of Crochem finishing systems such as CroFinish and CroFix systems

CroSeal 860:

Color Renders & Decorative Finishes

CroFinish family is cement base, ready mix, decorative façade renders which is available in different textures and has excellent resistance to extreme weather conditions. CroFinish family is available in wide range of attractive and stable colors which are not affected by sunlight & UV, rains and weather conditions.

CroFinish available in 30 standard colors with possibility of special colors for large scale projects / quantities.

Crofinish Anti Carbon

CroFinish AC

Crofinish Anti Carbon is cement based, one component, high quality, polymer modified extreme weather resistant, color stable decorative coat. CroFinish AC requires the addition of water on site. CroFinish AC is ideal for internal and external applications over plastered substrates and fair face concrete. CroFinish AC can be applied manually by brush or roller. Also, CroFinish Coat can be applied by spraying machine to increase productivity and color uniformity. In this case CroFinish AC will give rough finish surface.

Cro Coat

GRYGRAVIATTO

100% acrylic binder high quality ready mixed colored decorative finish façade render,
water based strengthened with moraine rocks to give medium roughness surface finish when applied
manually by trowel. It is also considered to be extra water resistant (washable)

Cro Putty is cement base, high quality, and ready-mix putties for smoothing internal and external surfaces in pre-painting acts

El Ostaz 120 ® :

Gypsum base high quality, polymer modified, ready mix skim coat mortar. Elostaz 120 high quality white putty used as a base for painting works and a decorative textured layer. It also gives a high smooth glossy surface. Elostaz 120 is compatible with the European standards # 13279

Bonding Agents

CroBond

Cro Bond family is high quality bonding agents and adhesives to be used as an admixture with different types of cement mortars and also for fixing different types of construction materials.

CroBond 511:

Multi purpose admixture specially formulated to be used with cement base mortars to improve adhesion to most construction materials such as concrete, bricks and blocks

CroBond 65:

Multi purpose admixture specially formulated to be used with cement based mortars & concrete to improve adhesion, water resistant, abrasion resistant, compressive, flexural and tensile strength.

CroBond 4000:

Cement base, high quality, highly polymer modified, ready mix, flexible, thin set tile universal adhesive mortar. Cro Bond 4000 is ideal for fixing polyurethane decorative molding products such as cornices, ceiling centers, door frames …etc. Cro Bond 4000 can also be used for the installation of glass block walls
